Palmer expressed confidence in the project despite Chelsea currently sitting sixth in the Premier League, per the Manchester Evening News.
Manager Liam Rosenior also recently described the speculation surrounding the midfielder as unrealistic. Palmer has scored nine goals in 21 league appearances this season, which has been interrupted by injury. He joined Chelsea from Manchester City for an initial £40m in September 2023.
