The PFA Scotland has announced the three nominees for the Manager of the Year award following the 2025-26 domestic season.

John McGlynn, Derek McInnes, and Gary Naysmith are the three candidates shortlisted for the PFA Scotland manager of the year award. McGlynn aims to win the trophy for a third consecutive year after leading Falkirk through their first season back in the Scottish Championship. He previously secured the honour for his work during the club's undefeated League One campaign, according to PFA Scotland.

McInnes earned his nomination after managing Hearts during the current season. He has faced competition from Stenhousemuir manager Naysmith, who oversaw the club's efforts in the lower tiers of the Scottish Professional Football League. The nominations recognise the coaching achievements across all four professional divisions in Scotland, per Sky Sports.

The winner will be announced at the annual awards ceremony held in Glasgow. The event also features player of the year awards for each of the four league divisions. This shortlist follows the conclusion of the regular league season for several Scottish clubs, according to STV News.
