Newcastle United head coach Eddie Howe is set to meet with the club's owners next week to discuss summer planning and performance.

Eddie Howe says he looks forward to an in-person board meeting with Newcastle United's hierarchy next week. The delegation from the Public Investment Fund, led by chairman Yasir Al-Rumayyan, will fly from Riyadh to Tyneside for the scheduled talks. Per The Guardian, the meeting covers future recruitment, training strategies, and major infrastructure projects, including stadium development and a new training ground.

Newcastle currently occupy 14th place in the Premier League after losing eight of their past 11 fixtures. Despite the recent slump in form, club officials indicate that Howe retains their support, according to the Mirror. The head coach described his commitment to the role as 100 per cent and expressed a desire to lead a squad rebuild during the summer transfer window.

Injuries continue to affect the squad ahead of Saturday's trip to Arsenal. Howe confirmed that Anthony Gordon will miss the match with a hip problem, while defender Tino Livramento is undergoing scans for a groin injury that may end his season, per Newcastle World.
