Leeds United must defeat Southampton and hope Ipswich Town lose to overtake them on goal difference. Leicester City have already secured the league title and the first promotion place.

The race for the play-off spots involves West Bromwich Albion, Hull City, and Norwich City. West Bromwich Albion and Norwich City occupy the final two play-off positions heading into the weekend. Hull City remain in contention but must win their final fixture at Plymouth Argyle while hoping other results favour them, per The Guardian. At the bottom of the table, Birmingham City, Plymouth Argyle, Sheffield Wednesday, and Blackburn Rovers are all fighting to avoid the final two relegation spots. All matches will kick off simultaneously at 12:30 on Saturday.
