Celtic return to Hampden Park to face St Mirren in the Scottish Cup semi-final four months after their League Cup meeting.

Celtic and St Mirren meet at Hampden Park today for a place in the Scottish Cup final. The fixture occurs four months after Stephen Robinson's side defeated Celtic in the League Cup semi-finals in December. That 1-0 victory for the Buddies ended Brendan Rodgers' unbeaten domestic cup record at the national stadium, according to Sky Sports.

Celtic currently lead the Scottish Premiership table while St Mirren occupy fifth position, per the Scottish Professional Football League. The Glasgow club enters the tie following a 3-0 win against St Mirren in their most recent league encounter. St Mirren are seeking to reach their first Scottish Cup final since 1987.

Rodgers has confirmed that captain Callum McGregor is available to start after returning from a calf injury. St Mirren defender Hyeok-kyu Kwon is ineligible to play against his parent club due to loan restrictions, according to the Scottish FA. The winners will face either Rangers or Heart of Midlothian in the final on 23 May.
