Viktor Gyokeres scored twice as Arsenal defeated Fulham 3-0 at the Emirates Stadium to move six points clear at the top of the table.

Arsenal strengthened their title bid on Saturday with a 3-0 victory over Fulham. Viktor Gyokeres opened the scoring in the ninth minute after an assist from Bukayo Saka, according to The Guardian. Saka doubled the lead in the 40th minute before Gyokeres added a third with a header in first-half stoppage time. The Sweden international has now scored 21 goals in all competitions this season, per Al Jazeera.

The result leaves Arsenal six points clear of Manchester City at the top of the Premier League. City have two games in hand and face Everton on Monday. The victory followed a 1-1 draw against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League semi-final first leg. Arsenal reached 76 points from 35 matches with a goal difference of +41, while City remain on 70 points from 33 games, according to the Premier League. Gyokeres joined the club from Sporting CP in July 2025 for an initial fee of £55m.
