Wolves accepted an offer from Crystal Palace for striker Jorgen Strand Larsen. The deal, agreed around January 29, is reportedly worth a guaranteed £43 million, with an additional £5 million in performance-related add-ons, according to Sky Sports.
The 25-year-old Norwegian international joined Wolves permanently at the start of the summer after a standout Premier League season. Strand Larsen made 21 Premier League appearances this term, scoring one goal for bottom-placed Wolves. However, he impressed last season (2024/25) with 14 goals and four assists in 35 league matches.
Crystal Palace previously broke their transfer record this window, signing Brennan Johnson for £35 million from Tottenham. This significant acquisition could pave the way for Jean-Philippe Mateta's departure from Selhurst Park, with AC Milan reportedly keen on the forward. Leeds United and Newcastle United had also shown interest in Strand Larsen during earlier transfer windows.
