Following Thomas Frank's recent departure, Tottenham Hotspur has seen a succession of ten permanent managers over the past two decades.

Thomas Frank's tenure as Tottenham Hotspur head coach ended after just under eight months, with his sacking confirmed on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. Frank was appointed in June 2025.

Before Frank, Ange Postecoglou managed the club from July 2023 until his departure in 2025. Antonio Conte held the position from November 2021 to March 2023. Nuno Espírito Santo had a brief spell from June 2021 to November 2021. Jose Mourinho managed Spurs from November 2019 to April 2021.

Mauricio Pochettino, the club's longest-serving manager in the Premier League era, was in charge from May 2014 to November 2019. He was preceded by Tim Sherwood, who managed from December 2013 to May 2014. André Villas-Boas led the team from July 2012 to December 2013. Harry Redknapp's tenure ran from October 2008 to June 2012. Juande Ramos was manager from October 2007 to October 2008, and Martin Jol from November 2004 to October 2007.
