Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo, 25, faces a decision on his future as the January transfer window approaches. Chelsea have reportedly made an initial enquiry regarding the Ghana international's availability. The Blues had previously considered a summer move but are now accelerating their plans, according to The Athletic.

Semenyo has a £65 million release clause in his contract, which becomes active for the first ten days of January 2026. Manchester United, Manchester City, and Liverpool are also reportedly interested in the attacker. Semenyo has scored eight Premier League goals and provided three assists in 16 appearances this season.

Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola expressed his desire to keep Semenyo, stating the player remains committed to the team. Semenyo joined Bournemouth from Bristol City in 2023 for £10 million and is contracted until 2030. Bristol City holds a 20 percent sell-on clause from any profit on a future transfer.
