Falkirk will face Dunfermline Athletic in a Fife derby while Celtic meet St Mirren in the Scottish Cup semi-finals next month.

The Scottish Cup semi-final draw has paired Falkirk against Dunfermline Athletic for a derby match at Hampden Park. This fixture ensures a lower-league representative will reach the final, according to Sky Sports. Both clubs progressed through the quarter-finals to set up the first meeting between the rivals at this stage of the competition since 2007.

In the other semi-final, Celtic will face St Mirren. This match acts as a repeat of the League Cup final held earlier this season, per STV News. Celtic reached the final four after a victory over Heart of Midlothian, while St Mirren defeated Kilmarnock to secure their progression.

The Scottish Football Association confirmed both ties will take place at the national stadium over the weekend of 18 and 19 April. The winners will return to Hampden for the final on 23 May. Organisers will announce specific kick-off times and television broadcast details following discussions with police and stadium authorities, according to the Daily Record.
