Rohl demands Rangers remain hunters in title race

Rangers head coach Danny Rohl says his players must maintain a hunter mindset as they look to move top of the Scottish Premiership.

Rohl stated his side have seven finals remaining as they pursue league leaders Hearts in a three-way battle for the title. Rangers host Dundee United at Ibrox on Saturday and could move to the top of the table for the first time in two years with a victory, according to the Daily Record. The Glasgow club currently sits second in the standings with 63 points from 31 matches, trailing Hearts by three points while leading third-placed Celtic by two.

Rohl told beIN SPORTS that his team will hunt until the end and described the upcoming run-in as a big opportunity for the club. The German head coach took over in October 2025 when the team was 13 points behind the leaders, per Inside Ibrox. Since his appointment, Rangers have reduced that gap significantly. Success on Saturday would pile pressure on Hearts and Celtic, who both face away fixtures on Sunday against Livingston and Dundee respectively, per Sporting Life.
