Thierry Henry and Kevin De Bruyne jointly hold the record for most assists in a single Premier League season.

Arsenal legend Thierry Henry set the Premier League record for most assists in a single season during the 2002/03 campaign, registering 20. This achievement was later matched by Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne in the 2019/20 season. Both players demonstrated exceptional playmaking ability to reach the 20-assist mark.

Mesut Ozil, formerly of Arsenal, holds the third-highest single-season assist total, providing 19 assists during the 2015/16 Premier League season. Other notable players with high assist tallies include Frank Lampard, who recorded 18 assists for Chelsea in 2004/05, and Cesc Fabregas, who achieved 18 assists with Chelsea in 2014/15 and 17 with Arsenal in 2007/08. De Bruyne also registered 18 assists in the 2016/17 season. These figures underscore the consistent creativity required at the top level of English football.
