Manchester United will not offer Casemiro a new contract despite the midfielder's recent form, according to club reports.

Manchester United have no plans to revise their decision regarding Casemiro's future. The club remains committed to its original plan of not offering the Brazilian midfielder a new deal, per Sky Sports. This decision persists despite recent performances where the 34-year-old has excelled in the United midfield.

Casemiro joined the club from Real Madrid in 2022. He has two years remaining on his current contract, which is due to expire in June 2027. Manchester United officials are reportedly looking to reduce the age and wage bill of the first-team squad under the direction of Ineos.

The midfielder has started 22 Premier League matches this season, according to the Premier League website. While his recent contributions have drawn praise from the coaching staff, the hierarchy remains focused on long-term recruitment targets. United sit in sixth place in the table following their recent fixtures. No formal talks regarding an extension have taken place between the player's representatives and the club, per The Guardian.
