Four managers have been nominated for the EFL Manager of the Season award following their performances in the 2025-26 campaign.

Frank Lampard and Alex Neil are among the nominees for the EFL Manager of the Season award. The English Football League announced the four-man shortlist on 8 April. The list also includes Sergej Jakirovic and Kim Hellberg, per Sky Sports.

Lampard led Coventry City to a top-six position in the Championship this term. Neil guided Sunderland to a promotion challenge following his return to the club. Both managers oversaw significant improvements in results during the campaign, according to the EFL.

Jakirovic earned his nomination after his work with Gillingham in League Two. Hellberg was recognised for his leadership at Oxford United in League One. The winners of the divisional awards will be announced at the EFL Awards ceremony in London later this month, per The Guardian. Individual clubs confirmed the nominations on their official websites following the EFL announcement. The awards ceremony will also feature the Player of the Season and Young Player of the Season winners for all three divisions.
