Neville, who led England to Commonwealth Games gold in 2018, will oversee the strategic vision for the team. The club, previously known as Stockport County Ladies, will officially rebrand as Stockport County Women from the 2026-27 season. Neville's extensive background in elite sport includes 81 caps for England as a player and two Netball Super League titles with Manchester Thunder as a coach. Her role will focus on developing a clear pathway for female talent from grassroots to elite levels.
