Enic leaves Igor Tudor decision to Spurs executives

Tottenham Hotspur owner Enic will not intervene regarding the future of head coach Igor Tudor following a difficult start for the club.

Tottenham Hotspur owner Enic plans to leave any decision regarding the future of head coach Igor Tudor to the club executive team. Despite a poor run of results, the ownership group will not take the choice out of the hands of senior management, per Sky Sports. Tudor was appointed to replace Ange Postecoglou earlier this season but the first-team squad has struggled to find consistent form.

Executive chairman Daniel Levy and the sporting department remain responsible for managing the position of the head coach. Sources indicate that the owner remains committed to the current internal governance structure. This approach follows previous instances where Enic allowed the football board to dictate managerial changes at the North London club, according to The Guardian.

Tottenham currently sit in the bottom half of the Premier League table after 28 matches. The club recently suffered a 2-0 defeat against Crystal Palace, which increased pressure on the coaching staff. The executive team continues to monitor the situation ahead of the upcoming international break.
