Forest currently occupy 17th place in the Premier League table, having accumulated 26 points from 25 matches. This leaves them six points clear of the relegation zone, with West Ham United in 18th position. Dyche, who became Forest's third manager of the season in October 2025, reportedly faces increasing scrutiny from owner Evangelos Marinakis, who anticipated a more significant improvement in results.
The club has secured only two victories in their last nine league outings. Dyche maintained that the "work continues" despite the recent setback at Elland Road. Forest are scheduled to play Wolverhampton Wanderers at home in their next fixture.
