Burnley manager Scott Parker and Port Vale manager Darren Moore also feature on the 2025 list for their coaching and management roles. The initiative, founded in 2008 by Leon Mann and Rodney Hinds, highlights achievement across the industry, including administration, media, and grassroots sectors. This year's recipients include individuals such as Professional Game Match Officials Limited coach Akil Howson and the FA's director of diversity, Edleen John, per The Guardian. A panel of experts from the Black community and the football industry selected the winners from a longlist of nominations.
