Arsenal Women's captain Kim Little has committed her future to the North London club by signing a new one-year contract extension.

Arsenal captain Kim Little has signed a one-year contract extension with the club. The 35-year-old midfielder was previously under a deal set to expire at the end of the current season. This new agreement ensures the former Scotland international remains at the club until the summer of 2027, according to Arsenal.

Little has made more than 300 appearances for the Gunners across two separate spells. She first joined the club in 2008 before returning in 2017 following periods in the United States and Australia. The midfielder has won five league titles and three FA Cups during her tenure in North London, per Sky Sports.

Head coach Jonas Eidevall described the captain as a world-class player and an exemplary professional. Little has retired from international football but remains a central figure for the Arsenal midfield. She is currently leading the side as they compete for domestic honours in the Women's Super League, according to The Guardian.
